Practical Details of Spiritual Direction

Sessions can be held from anywhere in the world thanks to video-conferencing platforms like Zoom.

FREQUENCY

Typically, spiritual direction is once a month, but varies due to a directee's needs or desires. If needed, especially at the beginning of the process, this can be increased.

SESSION LENGTH

60 and 90 minute options available .


DURATION

Duration of care depends solely on a person’s needs and the Spirit’s work. It is not uncommon for spiritual direction to become an ongoing life rhythm.

AVAILABILITY BETWEEN SESSIONS

As a spiritual companion, I am available to directees between sessions via email (as time permits).  I also mindfully maintain healthy boundaries that benefit both of us.

FEES
 

I don’t want finances to keep anyone from receiving spiritual direction.

My standard rates are $65 for a 60-minute session and $95 for a 90-minute session for those who are able to pay them. These rates also allow me to offer a sliding scale for anyone who needs reduced fees.

If cost is a concern, please let me know — we can talk about options.

Payment is made when the session is scheduled.
