Practical Details of Mom Coaching
LOCATION
Sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Most sessions are on Zoom, and I’ll send you the link ahead of time.
FREQUENCY
Most people meet about once a month.
Some prefer every other week for a season, especially at the beginning. We’ll set the rhythm based on what you need and adjust as we go.
SESSION LENGTH
Sixty minutes.
DURATION
There is no set timeline.
Some moms come for a few months during a specific transition. Others meet longer-term because the space is helpful and supportive. We’ll continue for as long as it serves you.
AVAILABILITY BETWEEN SESSIONS
You’re welcome to reach out between sessions by email if something comes up. I do my best to respond as time allows, while also maintaining healthy boundaries that support both of us.
FEES
I don’t want money to be the reason someone goes without support.
My standard rate is $65 per session for those who are able. This allows me to offer a sliding scale for anyone who needs it. Payment is due at the time of scheduling.
I also have bundles of "four sessions" at a discounted rate.
